Terms of Service

1. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity that happens under your account. You must be 13 years or older to use Carnival Ride.

2. Acceptable use

Do not:

• Use the app to harass, defraud, or harm other users.
• Send spam or unsolicited invites to people you do not know.
• Try to break, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Misrepresent who you are when inviting others to a ride.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of the rides, names, photos, and other content you create. You give us a non-exclusive licence to store, display, and transmit that content to the people you choose to share it with, only to the extent needed to operate the app.

4. Service availability

Carnival Ride is provided “as is.” We may change, slow down, or take the service offline at any time. We do not guarantee any specific uptime.

5. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your account by contacting us. We can suspend or close your account if you break these terms.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Carnival Ride is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from your use of the app. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous twelve months (which is, at present, zero).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms over time. If we make a material change, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
